These Gift Card Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the purchase and use of gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Beyt&Co (“we”, “us”, or “our”) on our Shopify website (the website"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
- Purchase of Gift Card
1.1. Availability: Gift Cards are available for purchase only on our Website.
1.2. Payment: Payment for Gift Cards must be made electronically via the payment methods accepted on our Website.
1.3. Delivery: Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase process. We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or non-receipt due to spam filters. If you do not receive your gift card within 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us at contact@beyt.ma .
- Use of Gift Cards
2.1. Use: Gift Cards can be used to purchase eligible products online or in our physical store.
2.2. No Expiry: Gift Cards expire six (6) months after purchase.
2.3. Non-Transferable: Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Exclusions
3.1. Limitations: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
3.2. Discounts: Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with promotional codes, discounts or other offers.
- Returns and Refunds
4.1. Non-Refundable: Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Gift Cards. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel Gift Cards if we believe these Terms have been violated.
