Please find below the general conditions of sale for products sold on beytandco.com (the “Website”).

Article 1: object

These conditions govern sales by the Company BEYT STORE (the Company) of products or services marketed by the Website).

Article 2 - Price

The prices of our products are indicated in MAD all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.

In the event of an order to another country, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the jurisdiction of the Company. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

All orders regardless of their origin are payable in MAD.

The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of the Company until full payment of the price.

Please note: as soon as you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to you.

The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when your order is validated.

The Company reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of a difficulty concerning the order received.

Article 4 - Validation of your order

Any order appearing on the Website assumes adherence to these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

You declare that you have perfect knowledge of it.

The order confirmation will constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.

A summary of the information in your order and these General Conditions will be communicated to you in PDF format via the email address confirming your order.

Article 5 - Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure “PAYZONE” system.

The only payment cards accepted on the Site are: Visa and Mastercard

The card is only debited when the order is shipped. In the event of split deliveries, only the products shipped are debited.

Article 6 – Withdrawal / Reimbursement

The Company offers a 14-day return policy, meaning customers have 14 days after receiving their item to request a return.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or used, with its tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return procedure, customers can contact the Company at contact@beyt.ma. It is important to note that returns must be sent to the following address: 11 Rue Kadi Iass, Maarif, Casablanca, Morocco, 20250.

If a return is accepted, the Company will send a return label along with instructions detailing how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Once the item is returned and if it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days, or if you accept it we will credit a credit to your customer account valid for your next purchases.

Customers can contact the Company at any time for any questions relating to returns at contact@beyt.ma.

In the event of damage or problems, you are advised to inspect the order upon receipt and to contact the Company immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, in order to evaluate and resolve the problem.

Certain categories of items, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), personalized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products), are not eligible for a return. Likewise, returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, it is recommended that you contact the Company.

Returns of sale items or gift cards are also not accepted.

For an exchange, the quickest method is to return the original item and, once the return has been validated, make a new purchase for the desired item.

If the goods are shipped to the European Union, customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties, provided that the item is in the same condition as when its reception.

Article 7- Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the Website and while stocks last. For non-stocked products, our offers are valid subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.

Furthermore, the Website is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Consequently, the Company reserves the right to refuse orders for identical items in large quantities.

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.

In the event of a shipping delay, do not hesitate to contact the Company to inform you of the process and delivery time.

In the event of deliveries by a carrier, the Company cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several appointment proposals.

Article 9 - Guarantee

In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email within 7 days of delivery.

The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). Shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the price invoiced and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.

Please note that this guarantee does not apply to hand-produced items which may have imperfections inherent to their artisanal nature.

Article 10 - Liability

The products offered comply with current Moroccan legislation. The Company cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

Furthermore, the Company cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased nor for products for which it only acts as a reseller for other brands.

Finally, the Company cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. 

Article 11 - Applicable law in the event of disputes

These general conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law. The language of this contract is French. The conditions of sale corresponding to the offers offered on this Site are subject to the consumer protection provisions applicable in Morocco. Any dispute must be the subject of a prior attempt at amicable settlement. In the absence of an amicable settlement, only the Moroccan courts of Casablanca will have jurisdiction to handle the dispute.

Article 12 – Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before the product is shipped. In this case, you will be fully refunded. If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, the procedure applied will be that of the right of withdrawal.
